Tình Hoài Hương — Echoes of Home
Thủy Vân Dance Company welcomes you to our first full-scale live production, "Tình Hoài Hương", an ambitious and vibrant performance that showcases the diverse regions of Vietnam. In an effort to bring Vietnam to the stage, no part of the country is left untouched—our dancers will reflect not only the lifestyles and values of North, Central, and South Vietnam, but also those of specific ethnic groups such as the Thai, Hmong, and Tày.
Uplifted by the powerful currents of nostalgia, memories of home will guide our dancers' steps as they weave together stories full of regional diversity, historical narratives, and the passion of the Vietnamese community through carefully selected props, instruments, and songs.

A pair of dance shoes typically range between $15 to $30 a pair and generally lasts each dancer around 3-4 months, which is the average duration of a performance season. Due to our variable bookings and our time investment in continuous practices, dance shoes may wear out even before the season comes to an end. While we are working our way towards renting a studio, our current priority are dance shoes.
As our team expands, we want to ensure that each of our dancers has a pair of dance shoes by providing it for them. These funds will be used directly for purchasing dance shoes for our future practices and performances. Our donation link can be found here.
